Lowest Price Guarantee
Olympic Holidays pride ourselves on providing quality holidays at fantastic value. We're confident that our prices are the best around, so much so our lowest price guarantee promise is:-
"If within 14 days of booking your holiday with Olympic Holidays, you or your travel companions find the same holiday (including car hire and cruises) being offered at a lower price in the brochure of any other tour operator, Olympic Holidays will either match the lower price or allow you to cancel free of charge."
Rules:
- The holiday being compared must be identical - i.e. must be for the same departure date, from the same UK airport on a flight of the same category (day or night, scheduled or chartered), to the same hotel/apartments for the same duration, in accommodation of the same category and on the same board basis.
- The price comparison must be for the same party size and composition, be the total invoiced cost excluding insurance premiums (shown on your invoice to you, or the invoice from your travel agent, if lower) against the total brochure price as available from ABTA travel agents only, including all supplements and extras, but excluding all promotional, special, or late availability offers unless the identical offer is included in your Olympic holiday price.
- You can provide documentary proof of availability within 14 days of the date of booking your Olympic holiday.
- Available only during the validity of the brochure.
- Only valid for departures 10 weeks or greater from time of booking.
